HOW TO BOOST
FPS ?
Boosting FPS ?
Forget frames per second, focus on your own Focus, Physics and Stamina.
The following tips will sharpen your mechanics,
concentration and endurance for peak performance
throughout a long session of tryharding.
You can follow these tips by yourself, or take part in the AFK Move ranked mode

The WASD
Finger Yoga
Athletes always stretch before performing, make sure that
your fingers are ready for the rest of the gaming
session by
stretching them like a real person !
Take a sheet of paper and put the WASD keys on it like on
your keyboard but with more space.
Start doing 20 rounds of W>A>SD in the right
order before
reversing it for the next 20 rounds and keep accelerating
when you are doing it !
It will wake up your hands to make sure that
you are ready
to perform and preventing injuries.

360°Spine
Calibration
When you’re tryharding, you naturally lean forward
to be closer
to your screen. This “Gamer Slouch” creates massive input
lag
in your lower back and kills your focus !
Use your spine like a joystick and recalibrate it :
lean as far as back possible, then tilt to the
far left and
far right before
starting a next game.
This releases the tension in your lumbar
chassis and
ensures your nervous system stays at 100% durability.
Don’t let a shrimp back nerf your performance !

IRL Flickshot
Overclock
Staring at a 24-inch screen for 5 hours straight can create
a fixed focus lag, because your optic nerves get lazy with time,
making your reaction to a flanker slow and
blurry.
Stick 4 Post-it notes in the furthest
corners of your room.
Every hour, flick your gaze from one
note to another at
maximum speed.
You can also ask your duo to shout different random
corners in voice chat to increase the difficulty.
This exercise will make sure you force your eyes to reset
their focus and your peripheral
awareness !

The RCXD
Program
Gripping your mouse for hours can create tension
into your
forearm muscles. This can
impact your aim, or your recoil
control,especially during long sessions.
Every time you die, trigger the RC-XD
Protocol !
(Recoil - Cloth - Extreme - Dust)
Take a piece of cloth and release your
grip and start
doing circular flick motion to clean
your desk !
This active movement will flush the muscle
cache by
forcing fresh
blood flow back into your tendons.
And your desk will be clean and no one will tell you
it’s dusty anymore !

The Salty
Loser Crouch
After a toxic round or a defeat screen, you are often stressed
and flooded by Rage-Cortisol. This stress
causes shaky hands
and bad in game decisions that will ruin your
next match !
Every time you feel the urge to rage after
a death, you will
have to crouch and hold it for at least
15 seconds.
And be sure you don’t swear ! If you do, you have to hold
your crouch even longer (+1 second for each
swearing) !
Crouching will help you to flush your
rage, maintain a higher
in game strategic IQ,
and repeating it will push you to stop
being salty when something goes wrong in
game !

This isn’t for noobs. The Touch Grass Bootcamp is a restricted
Prestige Zone only for the grinders who have reached
the final
AFK Move Rank.

Goal = one flick every second. -
RCXD Program : Launch a timer every time you die and clean with a cloth.
Goal = reach 1 hour of the RCXD movement. -
Salty Loser Crouch : Every time you rage, you have to crouch for 25 seconds.
(+2 seconds every time you swear)
